Leaking Window

ICF & Associates uses thermal imaging for leak detection.  This is a job that we are hired for window replacement on a large condo; the building is located in Amelia Island, FL.

ICF did a chamber test on this window prior to replacement.  Chamber testing is a method where we simulate hurricane force wind and rain.  The dark blue streaks in the picture is where the water is being drawn from outside the building, and breaching into the wall cavity.  All components of the window flashing and seal have failed.  ICF can help you locate the problem of your leaking windows.
